Cancellation of Internet Service

Hi there,

I need your help to cancel my internet account.

I have called many times the customer service number, also I talked with a few Optus people over the phone and they do not cancel the service, they just keep transferring my calls  to another people.

Can you help me to get my account cancelled once it does have end.

Otherwise I will be forced to make a complain through Telecomunication Industry Ombudsman.

I'm afraid we don't have access to or visibility of customer accounts here on this public forum.

Please contact Optus directly again on 133 937, don't press 1 when prompted to be sent a link to chat with the Messenger team, hold the line and follow the prompts to cancel to speak with a team member. You can request to speak with a Manager.
