Did you transfer your mobile number to the new provider? If so, this automatically cancels your Optus service and you'll receive your final bill.
If you joined with a new mobile number, you'll need to call 133 937 to request cancellation. We don't have access to customer accounts on this public forum.
In that case your service would be automatically cancelled with Optus following the port to your new provider. You won't need to organise a cancellation.
