I am working overseas on a two-year contract and I had given my daughter authorisation to register with Telstra's Belong nbn to the switch from Optus cable. As I am overseas, the only way was to call the International Support number, 02-80825678, to cancel the Optus Cable service but was kept waiting for long periods. It was expensive calls. I gave up. Is there any way to request to cancel the service from overseas other than making international calls? I am still getting monthly bills despite the modem has been disconnected.
