Can someone please help me cancel apple music trial
Hi i got a bit of a problem and hoping someone from optus is able to help me.
Ok so i got a new phone last October and my Dad is paying for it. We signed up in store with his payment details but put the plan in my name so that i get all the emails and everything but because i already had an account with optus i couldn't use my email that is linked to that account which is my main email so i gave them my old email that i thought was still active but turns out it isn't.
So now i can't register with optus to view my bills or make changes or anything and now my free apple music trial ends tomorrow and i can't register to cancel it and optus says they are only accepting critical calls so i can't call either.
