Call Diversion

I urgently need to cancel a call diversion we put in place due to Covid 19.  I have been on the phone for over an hour, been disconnected 3 times and transferred to 5 different departments all whom appear to be the wrong department to speak to.  I am extremely frustrated and annoyed that team members are unable to transfer to correct department and despite my requests to be called back if I happen to be disconnected yet again - no call back happens.  We are a small business so if I could please have the correct contact details as I don't want to be transferred around the world yet again

You can try and see if you can remove the call diversion yourself. Goto:

My Account-->My Services-->Settings-->Call Divert & Voicemail
