www.voy.com’s server IP address could not be found - (but work ok thru Telstra)

This problem happens when trying to access via my Optus NBN and also my Optus mobile data

Trying to access voy.com and receive an error message "www.voy.com’s server IP address could not be found."

This started happening last week.

The Voy system people say no known problem at their end or reported to them.

Ran ipinfo checker and ip address is 192.169.188.31

Ran both an online ping and online traceroute on both voy.com and 192.169.188.31 and both ran successfully

Asked a friend who uses Telstra as their provider and he gets to the website successfully.

Any ideas?

Regular Optus support are terrible at dealing with DNS problems. You're the second person today reporting this type of issue.

I can only suggest you try and contact the Optus Network Operations Centre at noc @ optus.net.au and see if they can help.

What happens if you try going to 192.169.188.31 instead of the domain (meaning does not have to use a dns server to lookup the ip)
