I have been having issues with my DSL service. I am a new customer and have recently moved from Telstra. Even though I already had an active phone line, Optus cannot seem to get this service working - even after numberous visits to site. I am feed up of chasing up Optus to get this working. I would like to cancel this sevice altogether and sign up with a different ISP.
I signed a 24 month contract with Optus and this contract seems to have started even though my service is not active.
Can I cancel this service without paying any charges?
