Hi We have recently moved apartments in the same Little Bay Area. Our mobile wifi modem worked fine before, but since our move it is very slow, down from 48mbps to 2.08mbps. Please help!

There could be a number of factors that can attribute to the overall speed that you're faced with. This can come down to the specific tower your connected to, the specific location and even the amount of users in this new apartment.
Have you had the chance to check our Network Status page here to see if there is any planned works or outages? If you're unable to see any specific issue, you can now report this and confirm your details. Our technical team will then be in direct contact with you to assist further.
