Why has the upload speed in woy woy nsw dropped to half of what it has always been ??

This has been happening for the last few weeks gets slower every day. I have reset the modem and it makes no difference.  Normally over 13mbps now less than 7 mbps !!!

I take it this is the NBN? What technology? FTTN?

Telcos (quite sneakily) don't make public representations of upload speed (and unlike for download the ACCC so far hasn't taken issue with that)

But essentially if you've logged consistent slow upload speeds just contact Optus and ask them to ask NBNCo to investigate.
