taking off business line diversion

Our business line was diverted last week - we call up as the #78 doesn't work for us. I've now called up to remove the diversion and no one seems able to take the diversion off. My boss is going bonkers with all the calls going to his mobile. Who do I talk to or how can I get it taken off?

Just a heads up that we don't have access to accounts here on Yes Crowd so am unable to resolve that issue here.

Is it just a standard landline? Unusual that #78 doesn't work, perhaps there is a technical issue?

If it's still happening can you/they divert the calls to another number in the meantime?

Perhaps you will have better luck chatting with a Business Specialist.
