sim card for smart tv

gusset53joe

I want to watch optus sport on my smart TV.I am told I can do this by buying a sim card, logging into the account and connect my laptop to the TV with the HDMI cable. But how many megabytes/ gigabytes will I use up to watch a 2 hour football match using this method? Thanks Colin

I don't understand why you want a SIM for a TV, I've not heard of any TV's supporting SIM cards for data services.

As for data usage, in most cases, it's about 1GB per hour in 720p (Basic HD).
