sagemcom 5366 lte

The Network light is red. I am able to use everything normally, so what is going on? I have searched for a manual that might explain this to no avail!!!!

Hi @spuddo1, thanks for getting in touch with us. Hm.. it seems like the modem is in 4G back-up mode. If there’s a problem with your broadband connection, your Optus Ultra WiFi modem will automatically switch to the 4G Network where available.

@spuddo1Get in contact with Optus and lodge an NBN fault ASAP.
