If you are looking to reset your password for your Webmail service, you can have this completed via your Webmail portal.
If you have forgotten your password, you will need to get in touch with our support team via the My Optus app, as they will be able to assist in having it reset from there.
If you are needing to reset your My Account password, you can have this completed via the password reset landing page.
