I have an OPTUS Huawei E5186 home broad band unit, never faulted, but for the last 6 hrs the red light has been on, my account is paid and upto date. I think its a problem at the local tower, i have been on the website to see if there is any live faults but i dont understand the website. any ideas
Basically click the link below and select the outages tab on the far right side and then put your location in the box. If you are having trouble give me your suburb and postcode and I will look for you.
