I have just migrated a basic home phone package to a nbn cable package. the old package was a stand alone home phone with NO internet and no passwords. The new package is now up and running the phone works and the internet works but I dont have any details for the primary email account how do i go about registering a username and password for the primary email account.

You need to create those username/passwords through Optus Zoo.
Please contact technical support to get the primary username/password to activate this feature.
