I have been trying to get through to dsl technical support for the last couple of days, and everytime I use optus useless phone menu, I end up being put through to technical support for mobile who pass me through to the queue for technical support for dsl which takes forever. Why isnt there a separate queue with phone call back option for technical support for dsl??? WTF guys its not hard to do. I am about to cancel my optus accounts and talk to the ombudsman.
There should definitely be a separate queue for DSL tech support, apologies for the run around. If you call 131344 and enter your internet account details, it should take you through to the correct department.
Alternatively there is also Live Chat where you can physically select the team you require.
