phone line not working

This enquiry posted 9/8/20  Phone line stopped working on Saturday after heavy rain in  area. Message on phone says line in use. Have followed trouble shooting and turned modem off and on again but this did not fix issue. Suspect fault on line. What do I need to do to get this resolved?

@rhatwell  if you pick the handset and listen is there a stuttering tone? if so it means you have a message/ voice mail. You can report a fault here https://offer.optus.com.au/fault-logging/
