ordering Mobile Broadband

I have ordered Mobile Broadband (Order number 144238166A) on 20th March 2020 online, today is 25th March and I still haven't heard anything yet, not even ordering completion confirmation.

 

I also tried to check the tracking number using My-Optus App and it showed an error that the number does not exist! 

the call center is also keeping me on hold forever. (no response)

can somebody tell me what should I do now?
