order lost?

howdy, ordered an 4G wireless modem router on 17aug17, got tempory order no , told have comfirmation email within 48 hours, havent heard/ recieved a squeek.

Is Optus as good as telstra with customer relations.

I'm sorry to hear that you're still waiting for an update about your order. It would be best to contact Optus for assistance. They should be able to track your online account to confirm the correct login email. They can also reset the password for you aswell. Their direct number is 1300300562.
