I can confirm I've escalated your case, pretty much all of our frontline staff including technical support are under the pump at the moment due to COVID-19, I'm sure they will be in touch as soon as they can.
today I lost my service completely
no phone service no internet
please call me back
can you please stop my bill until this service is restored
have been paying full price ad had no service since 31 january
