not getting email billing

i am not getting any email billing after i changed from paper billing any chances of changing through the account

Hey @sankar, sorry to hear these haven't been coming through. How long after changing to email billing was your next bill sent?


When you check in My Account, does it still say you are set up for online billing? 


If you jump into Live Chat with the appropriate billing team, they can grab your account details and check your set up on our end.
