not able to access certain website

I work remote from home with most of the time requiring me to connect work resource like I'm connected to the internet via Optus Cable Broadband.

Today the 18 June 2019, I’m NOT able to login to for work and I have no problem running speedtest or access I’m not even able to ping or other work related website. Hard reset the modem did not do any good and I called Optus technical support. They did their usual test and said no problem with their end. The technical support gave a number to contact their "home premium support" with is chargeable per session at $99. This is not helping!

Connecting via my Telstra 4G dongle is not a problem and the DNS server that I used is Google’s Can someone from Optus check why is this issue happening? I work in the IT industry and I’m knowledgeable in networking. Don’t keep telling me the issue is on my end.

Try for DNS and flush your DNS cache on your PC.
