I have purchased 2 new ps4’s in the last week only to find out that nothing was wrong with the first one but was told my an optus team member to go back and get a new one but basically the PlayStation has nothing wrong it can be connected to my cousins wifi and my hotspot as his house but when I get to my house it will not connect to my home wifi or my own hotspot which worked at another location on the same device, also I have my old ps4, laptop and many other devices that can still connect to my home wifi and hotspot at this location, the only way to get this new PS4 to connect to wifi at this location is by manually connecting with LAN cable but that doesn’t solve the problem for me as I need it in my room connected via wifi if anyone knows or can help with any advice what so ever let me know
