When you say account what are you refering to?
Has any passwords been changed on you?
Why do you think your credit details are gone?
Are you basing all this on the fact your monthly data has been used? This can happen without being hacked.
Hey @traddy, we'd really need more information. Had someone ported your number away from Optus to another carrier? Or do you still have access to your service but you believe it's been compromised?
