myaccount telephone/cable bill

So frustrated, I can't view bill online via MyAccount or Member Services. Tried a few times via chat to get it fixed. Also tried adding it myself and it does not work.

 

I cannot understand why I have to have two accounts when either of them allows me to view the bill online

I have the same problem tired heaps of times to join member services.  After I finish signing I get an error and the message says try again later.  I have tried later and later and later  still does not work.  Rang Optus the people on the other end don't know either.  optus get this fixed.
