my land line has been out of order for the past 3 days

 I have been created a case  and  the  ref# is 18891187. Can you please advice as to when  my matter will be resolved ??.The live chat I had with dfifferent people has not produced any desired  result to date.

Hey @Karu, I'm sorry to hear of the issues with your landline. I've checked the fault ticket on my end and everything has been raised correctly. It is currently sitting with a specialised team for further investigation. It's pending in their work queue so someone will contact you on the mobile number provided once they have had a chance to complete their tests.

Appreciate your prompt response.  Will the the Voice assstant kit/ Prepaid handset will cost me ?
