I want to know if my modem needs to be updated as I have had no internet for 1 week now.
my modem is Sagemcom version 8.353.1
Have you spoken to tech support at all or tried any of your own troubleshooting?
Yes I have. They said they will call me back but no one has of yet. I just got off the phone to a tech support and they said just to wait for the call.
I have no interent and am hotspoting from mobile to my laptop just for internet.
