That's exactly why I placed it here in the vain hope that some admin might pick it up and do something useful about it.
All resolved now and whilst the problem should have never happened I hope OPTUS have put measures in place to ensure that it does not happen again. No doubt they will be professional enough to attend to the matter within their own quality assurance processes. I am confident that my ongoing experiences with OPTUS will be positive and all issues that may arise from time to time will be dealt with in a timely manner.
