Hi man, I am with Optus but not for my internet. If I were you I would just go with Aussie broadband they are 7 times better than any other ISP and will give you the best service and it can all happen really fast if you are already on the NBN. So just give them a call. and I am sure they can help you.
We can't access your account via Yes Crowd, however if you send our Social Media team a message on Facebook or Twitter they can take a look for you. Alternatively you can message our online support teams via the My Optus app.
