so i have had my internet for less than a month and i have already found out i cannot use it correctly at night for some reason it cuts out or just doesnt work on top of that when i try to conntact the 24x7 support i am told that they have to many people asking for help and i will have to contact them another time on a 24X7 support messager this cannot be the way that optus runs things me having to message people on a forum to get help that cant be the only way so please if anyone can help me that would be great
