For some reason my email account is asking me for a password. I have tried to reset it but it will not let me. I keep being sent to a link which resets my My Account password however this does not fix my problem. Please help.

Just to clarify, are you doing this through the Webmail website directly? Or through My Account?
Do you share the same username for both?
Generally speaking, these kinds of things are best resolved by chatting with our Faults team on 13 13 44 so we can check a few things on our end as well as establish a remote assistance session so that we can see what you're seeing 🙂
