I'll refer your request to case management, no issues at all. There are updates from a technician from today, looks like they checked the MDF at your property to ensure that was all wired up properly.

@Gen_R, if technicians checked until the mdf did they confirmed that line was fine until there? What will be next then?

I'm not 100% sure TBH, Darius as I'm not a tech specialist. Wish I could tell you more details though; I'll get that call back done for you. Gen

@Gen_R understand that you are not a tech person but shouldn't the update on that ticket be informative enough to say the problem or what they have found. Its a waste that technicians came over 4x (based on what have scheduled) without telling what thet saw or diagnosed. Cant imagine a simple and vital information cant be confirmed.

I'm having the same issues. If you do a bit of reserch you find there are lots of concerns with the wifi abilitys of the Netgear CG3000V2. Optus have also locked out the advance settings so it's not possibe to adjust any of the settings yourself (as tech support is poor).

3 months to go and I'm back to my old ISP with ADSL, where I can use my own modem/router and I can then deal with my own issues.

There is benefits for using Optus, but they do have a "once you are on we have you", attitude. Therefore, I'm guessing the only way for them to hear our concerns is to move on to another provider.
