If it's not broken, it supports 32 connections of 2.4GHz and 32 connections of 5Ghz.

Hmm, i cannot see where to make the 2.4 visible, I have some devices that need 2.4 and they cant 'see; the router where other devices can

You could try changing the 2.4Ghz wifi channel. Maybe your neighour is blocking the one you are on.

 

The Nirsoft wifi sniffer will tell you what's going on.

does anyone have details on how to change to 2.4, I cant see it in the router admin tool

2.4Ghz will likely be already switched on, but you get to choose 16 channels it can transmit on. The channel it has been default set to may be a problem in your house.
