No one here can see your account, thus no one can assist with that side of it.
This was stated on the right hand side of the screen when you type out a post on this public forum.

If a service is getting excess usage charge then someone is still using it - its not cancelled.

No-one has answered it. I can't get any help from optus as they are not responding.

I have now received 21 alerts since the account was closed to say I've used more than the allowed data.

When the chat was still available with optus, I was told there was no current account and I'd receive no more alerts. That was 21 alerts ago, and I'm being billed for the extra.
