Hi

Wondering if we decide to not connect to the nbn before the cutoff period of May, and connect at a later date, is there any additional fees incurred.

Hi @Trishann, there shouldn't be any additional fees to connect at a later date, per say. However, eventually previous infrastructure that was in place prior to the NBN activation will be decommissioned so it's always preferable to connect prior to this point.

If you do need assistance with your migration at any point I'd recommend chatting with our NBN Migration team on 1800083810 (Mon to Fri 12pm to 9pm or Sat and Sun 9am to 6pm EST).
