Thanks Toomey, do you work for Optus? 

 

I am writing a letter at the moment detailing all the litany of errors Optus support has done and where it is currently. I will send that via snail mail as suggested by the Raising Complaint website. My issue is still unresolved and I am not at home to provide details such as account numbers etc to give you idea what's has happened with my account. I still have no DSL account and someone is meant to contact me by yesterday although it was Sunday so I take it support is not working on Sunday.

 

if you can just assure me that you work for Optus then I am happy to provide the details. Where do you sit in Optus structure?
