Hi Optus team
I already canceled the bill but I keep on receiving it saying it was not payed. On the 10th of February I was talking to one of your team members on live chat and they said that Optus will not charge us if we are not using it. We don't use a plan but we use month to month because I told the Optus staff at st Marys that we would like to cancel it at anytime until NBN came to this area. On Monday my wife contacted the Optus store at blacktown so that she can change the account to only her name. Can you please check if we've already canceled it because we haven't been using the Optus plan but we are still getting the over bill.
