WOW what a bunch of ****

Litteraly useless, i have been hung up on 5 times, been on hold everyday for 2 weeks trying to cancel after they have failed to connect my relocation.

 

Do not use these time wasters, worst customer service i have ever had.

 In the same boat right now. My relocation was meant to be a month ago. It still hasn't happened yet. Numerous delays and reschedules, technicians without capacity. Those on Optus chat never reads the notes on your account and assumes everything is fine. The wait time for the phone is unreasonably long and I've been hung up on 2 times today. Great service as always. I'm looking for a new provider as well. Let me know if you manage to get it cancelled and tell me how?
