I have been trying to log in to change password as last time someone had hacked my account but can't log in.
I have typed the IP address, used the details on the card (which match details on modem) to no avail.
I have reset the modem, using same details on card and tried Admin/password but still can't log in.
Anything else I can try? Thanks.

The login is "optus" (lowercase) and the default password which should be the same as the default wifi password (as per the sticker on the bottom/back of the device).
Duh, facepalm. I was typing capital O.
Happened to me surprisingly often when I first got it because my phone auto capitalises the first letter.
