I have had no internet access since Monday 30th March 2020. Logged a case on the telephone on Monday with Tracey from Optus - said it would be fixed 24 - 48 hours. Still nothing.
My modem is playing up, the lights are on , but the internet is not working
I require a new modem as its been playing up for the pass few months .
How do i go about getting a new modem
