Received sms from optus confirming installation of cable on 05/07. Waited in for 5 hours - no show. Spent a further 2 hours on the phone - apology received due to illness of installer...new date set for 07/07. Took another day's holiday leave from work and waited several hours - no show. Again spent a further 2 hours on the phone - apology received - note on file not acted upon. New date set for 11/07 - ID employee number recorded, apology accepted, reassurance given - Took another day's holiday leave and waited several hours - no show! Has anyone got any suggestions for me?
