cable broadband installation extra work required by optus



I had Optus cable before and changed to different ISP.

Then decided to get Optus cable again.


Optus cable installer visited my place on last Friday (08/12/17).


Apprently, my overhead cable has been disconnect and can not be reconnected due to 2 connections are already being used.

Installer told me that technician need to come out and upgrade 2 connection to 4 connection to connect my overhead cable.

But he couldn't provide me with estimate timeframe for onnection upgrade.


Is there direct number or team that handle this kind of inquiry?


Just bit worried as Chirstmas holiday is approaching and hoping to get my cable connected before the Chirstmas break.

Hey @denny88, I've responded to a PM you sent through with some more information. For anyone else in a similar situation, we'd need our HFC Pre-Activation team to follow this up on 1300760016 Monday - Friday 0800 - 2000, Saturday 0830 - 1730 EST.
