broadband activation

if i'm still not connected to internet and phone do i have to pay the full monthly amount? i received my modem which is not able to connect with internet or phone and also didn't receive the fetch tv box yet. what to do?

Definitely not, we wouldn't expect that you pay for the service if it's not active yet!
