billing issue

I need Optus to explain the bill I was sent on the email. Just joined but seems to me 4 months bill sent in advance??? Cannot login to my profile as no idea how to create one to access the actual bill. All I have the amount to be paid. This is really crap!

Everything should be itemised on the bill. It should be easy to see if you have been charged for 4 months.
