I have logged into my account and into manage email; then tried to delete one of the accounts (number 4 of the extra accounts), but i keep getting an 'access denied' message....i have no idea why but do want o get rid of the account as i want to put another different account in now.
any insights appreciated
Totally unsure but if it's the primary aka setup for online billing ect I don't think you can.. Still maybe the intervention of a Optus rep may help?
