Wrong Service

How do I actually get Optus to fix things, How do I get them to stop charging me for having an incorrect service???? 

I just spent 40 minutes on the phone to optus explaining that they have me on the wrong plan, the old plan was not disconnected when I was told it would and landline not working when I have an email saying it was.
Then I got told it was being fixed up and then got transferred to the wrong section who said notes on file did not yet indicate this was happening, then transferred to technical department whom I had to explain everything again.
His response was to transfer me so I told him he has the information, and I have work to do and call me back when they have a solution. I expect they will not unfortunately, meanwhile I am paying for 2 bills, neither are what I asked for and have no landline that they say I have.,
