Worst customer Experience Ever

How on earth are Optus still in business? I raised a simple relocation request in August for September 5th, finally got activated on the this time has received numerous emails telling me to activate, although Optus did not raise the request with Nbn until the 9th, when they did it twice. Anyway to cut a very long story short, I have not had any connection for 10 days got billed for 2 accounts, raised a complaint on Saturday by email and also left 2 telephone messages all of which have been ignored.. As it stands now I have raised a complaint with the TIO, who acknowledged this within 12 hours, but still nothing from Optus customer care management. Also I now have 3 fetch boxes. All I done was move home..
