I was getting constant drop outs on my Huawei modem wireless plan, I changed the settings to '4G only' and it hasn't happened since thank-you.
I have been having constant dropouts for 5 years I am getting so sick of it. I have done every thing that a previous answer gave but the page will not open. Open your browser and type 192.168.8.1, page does not open.
The address for router and modem settings is 192.168.0.1, so if you've been using the above that would be why you've not been able to load this up.
