I signed up and received wireless broadband with a maximum amount of 500gig a month, we have used 395gig in a week!!, this product is not suitable for our needs, we have no NBN connection available at our property, we need unlimited data and the only option for that is through adsl which Optus does not offer, will I get charged anything to cancel this service?
Please do not tell me to call Optus I’ve spent 2 hours ON HOLD waiting to get through to the cancellation section!!!
You can also use the chat function on the optus website to cancel.
As the service itself is not faulty you most likely will have to pay for the router.
