Wireless Broadband Huawei B818 Internet Disconnected

I have recently bought a Huawei B818 on the 500gb wireless broadband plan. On the first day I got it I could connect perfectly and use the internet. Now on the third day, after paying the bill and waiting for more than 6 hours, I'm getting internet disconnected errors. What am I meant to do? Has anyone had this problem?

Same problem. In the context of COVID19- phone support unhelpful. "Locked SIM" when first plugged in. Worked yesterday when took it back to shop. Paid bill today as prompted by email, and same problem of no internet.

I am having the exact same issue. No problems in the first 36 hours then crap ever since. Cannot even get through a game of Apex. Continual lag issues and not playable using this modem.
